Shipment Policy
At ZicoArt, we are committed to ensuring the timely and safe delivery of the artwork you purchase. The artwork shipment process is handled by the Artist with the utmost care and efficiency. Once an order is placed, we work closely with our artists to prepare and dispatch the artwork. The expected delivery time varies depending on the artist’s location and the destination address. Customers will receive a shipment confirmation along with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
Please note that shipping costs, which may vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork, are typically borne by the buyer unless otherwise specified.
Limitation of Liability
ZicoArt endeavors to provide a platform that facilitates smooth transactions between artists and buyers. However, it is important to note that ZicoArt acts solely as an intermediary in the sales process. As such, our liability is limited to the extent of our role.
While we facilitate shipment, our liability does not extend to any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage that may occur during shipping. This includes, but is not limited to, loss, theft, or damage of artworks.
Return Policy
At ZicoArt, we strive for customer satisfaction. However, given the unique nature of artworks and their subjective value, all sales made through our platform are generally considered final. We encourage buyers to carefully review the artwork details, artist’s information, and any other relevant information before making a purchase.
In exceptional cases where an artwork is received in a damaged condition, buyers must report the issue to ZicoArt within a stipulated time frame from the date of delivery. Upon verification and in accordance with our policies, we may facilitate a partial refund.
Any refunds are subject to our review and approval.
